Dr Hill was amazing and helpful! We love her and full trust her for our surgery. My recommendation would be to provide extremely detailed a thorough instructions on how to get to the office, I got so lost and no one in the hospital was helpful in getting me directions. When the appt is made it says Pediatric Surgery so I spent 15 mins navigating to there, and that wasn't the correct office for my visit. I was so flustered and disappointed in myself for running late, but the receptionist was so kind and helped me check in quickly so I could still see the Dr at our scheduled time. On the conformation email/text it would be so great to have bullet point directions for inside the hospital and a site map attached.

The experience that we had was so thoughtful and caring. From the scheduling of our appointments, parking and screening, nursing pre op, etc - everyone treated me with care as we navigated these appointments for our daughter. It was so appreciated.
