He was willing to "think outside the box", offer suggestions that aren't just services offered in Spokane. We felt he recognized how much care/specific care our child needs. He, and his nurse, were so supportive and proactive for us in getting a referral/contacts info etc. We felt like he completely "got the situation" in it's entirety quickly, accurately, and recognized it is somewhat of a unique situation. As a parent of a kid who needed his kind of expertise, and as a medical person who works with kids, I am THRILLED he is in town. 100% awesome
