“Sarah Faith listens to my concer...”

Sarah Faith listens to my concerns and takes actions to help. I feel heard and she really makes sure to try and tailor my care to my specific concerns. We are trying a new regimen and when I message her about it through the portal I know that she will be responsive and thoughtful. I don't have any anxiety going to the appointments with Sarah because I know she doesn't gaslight me or dismiss my concerns. She really knows me and trusts me and I trust her.
