Jenna was very descriptive while explaining my condition and what is going on with it. She asked what has and has not helped in terms of pain. She was open to giving me options and allowing me to choose what options I wanted to begin with to seek relief. She explained everything in easy to understand terms and told me what to look out for. She is amazing!

I have had Fibromyalgia for 22 years and have seen a number of doctors and physician assistants and Jenna was the first person who knew and understood how bad excruciating FMS pain is. She addressed my pain with a prescription for Lyrica, shots in my shoulders and ordered an MRI and CAT scan. She asked for a cd of each scan which were taken on [date] and dropped off to the Hagerstown office on 2/9/2026. I am waiting to hear back to set an appointment to review x-rays.

“Didn't seem interested in helpin...”

Didn't seem interested in helping my chronic, recurring pain once she ruled it muscular. Didn't seem to know or care why it keeps getting reinjured or what to do about it long term.I got the impression she was being rushed through patients and didn't have to time answer my questions. This would be Wellspan's fault for not giving her time to do her job and not hers for realistically responding to the expectations out on her. Wellspan valuing time over quality of care is shown through this very survey by asking first and foremost about wait times. This is also not the first time I've felt rushed though and dehumanized at a Wellspan facility.
