I think Dr. Frankl is a very knowledgeable doctor, but her bedside manner has the tendency to be very weak. She is blunt, and in a not so great way. When it came to scheduling a follow-up, she said it should be a telehealth appt and I shared that I prefer in-person and she told me the it cannot be in-person because "all of my college-aged patients will want to see me in-person" at that time. I just felt that my care was not of equal importance.
