I was on time waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen and was rushed out. very rude staff no manners that was the first time. On returen vist it was worse no one at front desk could not get my name right next to the nurse took my blood presure wrong i waited again .Then after 1 3/4 hours i got up and asked for my copay back then out of nowhere the dr showes up I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR>Original review on DoctorsDig.com

Dr. Ibrahimi is knowledgeable; however, his skills are overlooked due to his office's lack of competence. I waited over two hours to see the doctor. On another visit, I went to one of the offices for testing and was told I made a mistake by going to the wrong office. I was sent to another location 20 mins away. When I arrived there, I was told I was at the wrong office, and they attempted to send me back to the first office. “Unacceptable”

Extremely unprofessional office. I arrived at 2:15 as instructed as a new patient for a 2:45 appt. By 4:45 I had not been seen. No apologies, no explanation. When I initially arrived I stood in front of the receptionist who was clearly on a personal call. She did not make eye contact let alone greet me or tell me she'd be right with me.
