Dr. Younai and his staff are awesome. I've actually seen him more than once and every time, I am amazed at the results he achieves. Dr. Younai actually gets it. He spends time with you, answers all your questions, and goes that extra mile to truly give you a proper result. When I see photos from other surgeons, it only confirms for me that Dr. Younai is the secret weapon to beauty. No one does what he is doing. And his staff is great. Deniz is my all-time favorite!!! She is knowledgeable and responsive and is always willing to help. I truly cannot rave enough about this group. Consults are free. On surgery day the staff was great to me and my family answering any questions they had. They were available to me after when i had any questions or worried after all this was a new experience for me and my family....well six weeks later I look and feel great...and the Doctor and his staff are still here for me. “Not Just for Women!”
I thought I had chosen a surgeon until I told my wife. She quickly advised me that I need to see one more doctor before I can choose, and that was Dr. Younai. I'm so glad she made me consult with him. In talking to him alone, I noticed a huge difference between Dr. Younai and all the other doctors I had previously consulted with. And then I saw his photos and he showed me the results he thought he could promise me. I was thrilled. No other doctor was willing to tell me what to expect other than some sort of vague "improvement."
Dr. Younai then delivered on his promise. I was truly impressed. The entire experience was great. From the consult to the surgery center to the after-care. The entire staff, from Linda, to Deniz, to Dr. Younai were very attentive, well informed, and extremely helpful and patient. See, truth is, I am a big baby and they handled me just fine.
I highly recommend you consult with Dr. Youani before making any decisions. You'll be glad you did.

“should have done it sooner”
my life has gone from night to day. i had always thought of getting a gynecomastia surgery but after my friend told his experience i decided to finally take action. it has to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. first off the staff make sure that you are take cafe throughout the whole process and they you are comfortable because this was defintely something Ive never been comfortable with my whole life. imagine being able to finally wear clothes and not worry about how it will look on you or be able to take your shirt of in summer to jump in the pool and not feel embarrassed. That's what i always wanted to experience and since my surgery i haven't thought once about the little things that used to bother me on a daily basis. i just go about my day without those distracts and worry. Dr. Sean Younai kept his promise and did an amazing job and i would recommend his services to anyone without a doubt.

“Large Volume Lipo (stomach, flanks, & back)”
I workout and diet and have lost weight on my own but I felt that my stomach was extremely disproportionate to the rest of my body. It wasn't just the appearance of it that bothered me, but the fact that it caused me pain and made my life more difficult. It sat in my lap causing my legs to hurt, I was unable to complete workouts because it got in the way, and it even made driving a task because I am short. When I first found Dr. Younai online I was very skeptical, as not many doctors perform large volume liposuction. Heck, most doctors won't perform any cosmetic procedures on larger patients. But once I contacted them my mind was put at ease. They made everything super simple for me. I am not from LA so I had to do everything long distance. They allowed me to take pictures and email them in. I was even able to pick up my medications from my pharmacy in my hometown and bring them with me, instead of having to search for one in a place I didn't know.
Meeting Dr. Younai and his staff was just as comfortable as talking to them on the phone or email corresponding. My preop appointment was very long because I had never had surgery before and I had a lot of questions. They never rushed me, or made me feel like I was wasting their time.
The surgery went well and was easy considering the fact that your sedated, lol. But I won't lie the first few days of recovery are rough. Your covered in bruises and you look like you got beaten up by 10 people. The good news is, it's only temporary. I used something I had never heard of called Arnica, which the staff suggested to help with the healing process and it worked like a charm.
The only thing I could think of that I wish was slightly different would be I wish I had more time with the doctor post op. He did answer all my questions that day but I did feel slightly rushed. I know he's busy so I don't fault him for that.
My first surgery went amazingly well, but I wanted to have more fat removed to have an even more dramatic waistline and Dr. Younai offered me my same procedure for a fraction of the cost. I am very grateful to him and his team for helping to change not only my body but my life. I can't speak for other procedures, but I would highly suggest this doctor for large volume lipo.

“Breast Augmentation Experience”
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Younai as well as the staff of the Plastic Surgery Center. I had a breast augmentation, and I was a little nervous going into surgery; however, the doctor and nurse made me feel very comfortable.
I love the results! I went from a 34B to a 34D, and they turned out looking very natural. I highly recommend Dr. Younai!
