What a true bonus visit. The resident who came in first was so kind and knowledgeable and had read up about my condition and my background. When Dr. Puccia came in he too was aware of my condition and clearly the resident had Collaborated.Dr Puccia is a tremendous doctor with loads of patience who Thoroughly explains what the prognosis is and the surgical methods that are available to fix it. He is incredibly easy to understand and kind hearted and patient. Most importantly he is an expert in the ENT field with what I have. So glad to have been referred to him. Feel blessed to have been able to see him

As far as doctor appointment goes, This appointment was by far the best appointment I have ever experience ( and I have had MANY appointments in my life time ) ALL the staff was so kind, understanding, took time to listen about any concerns , The Doctor had excellent bed side manners, talked every thing threw, listen to all my concerns took time to answer all my questions, and came up with a excellent plan that works for both of us !!! He also makes you fell at ease.
