“The wait time was long but I am ...”

The wait time was long but I am glad they don't rush through appointments so was ok with waiting. It took a year to get an appointment, so it would be great to have more providers. I am happy to be working with Dr. Chaney.

Dr. Cheney and her team are extremely caring, explained procedure well, and took the time to answer any questions. Their communication through MyChart was very timely. The office staff at the Mayfair Rd location was very friendly and welcoming.

“Dr Chaney was detailed and thoro...”

Dr Chaney was detailed and thorough in her explanations of the tests. She listened and asked me lots of questions. She did not rush the appt. I felt she really wanted to make the best decisions or my care. She was bright and personable. The entire team was amazing. Dr Chaney is a great role model for other doctors in her attitude, consideration and general demeanor.
