Dr Chan was amazing. She comforted me, analyzed the likely cause of my accident, knew my medical history and put my injury in context, made sure I had the appropriate tests, ordered one follow up test, assured me that it was ok for me to have come to see her, and reassured me that I was not causing a problem with her scheduled patients (I didn't want to cause her or the staff any problems). She was everything a patient would want: a combination of deep kindness and extraordinary knowledge and competence. I am sincerely grateful.
