Dr Cotter is the reason I use this place. She is empathetic, kind, non judgmental, caring, and actually listens to her patients. She doesn't make a person feel like they don't matter and she always makes sure to follow up on things, get things sent to the right place and advocates for her patients. She is easily the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She doesn't dictate what you do or treat you like an experiment, she lets you have input into your treatment plans and actually treats a person as a whole. I would, have, and do tell people to go here specifically because of her and how she treats everyone with dignity and the respect they deserve kudos to this practice for having such a great person on their faculty!

Dr. Cotter always listens to me and takes notes on what we discuss during my appointments. She is very attentive and tries her best to help me get the best care possible. She takes in my feedback when deciding my healthcare needs instead of dictating them like many Doctors do and I very much appreciate that. She always makes me feel heard, I trust her and I'm very happy to have her as my provider.
