Positive experience. Very knowledgeable and allowed me to share openly my thoughts. Responded well with every query; explanation centered on well-being; suggested/advised certain appts to help find more sphere of knowing what else is available to look into. Easy to listen to; felt good meeting her for the first time. Very attentive, kind and resourceful. It was a great experience also to be assisted by the reception desk. Positive atmosphere; made me feel welcomed. Area is very calm and clean.
