“Provider did not explain what my...”

Provider did not explain what my plan of care was moving forward. Provider told me to schedule an ultrasound and a follow up appointment in a year. When the provider was asked if the current kidney stones were small enough to pass or if they would need treatment- provider answered "hard to say".
