He was great about instructing, explaining, teaching, offering suggestions about diet and exercise. However, he did not ask what I was currently doing and assumed I ate the standard American diet and exercised minimally.

The primary word used to refer to all of my other care providers was "Idiot" I think Dr. Pham is full of himself and irreverent toward his colleagues. Shame on him and shame on you for keeping him.

Dr Pham is professional and personable, unusually collaborative with me as the patient, and all of that inspires a high level of essential confidence that relaxes me, motivates me to follow through with medication, exercise, and extends to other issues I should monitor (dental, optical, dermatology, etc). He speaks English, and offers treatment options and follows me down the "if you were in my shoes" trail that I find helpful and reassuring. I have recommended him to any neighbor or acquaintance who is looking for cardio support. I'm a very happy patient, and so fortunate to have him moving to the new abrazo specialist building on Verrado in Buckeye!
