The doctor was excellent. The woman/nurse providing the pre-appointment testing wasn't impressive. She appeared to be new at her job.

My husband and I have had a number of health concerns over the last several months. Often, I became anxious over my husband's health as well as my own. I called the office and sent many messages via MyChart for answers and/or about concerns. Not once, did receptionists, the medical team, or Dr. Rupple treat me without the utmost respect and compassion. My concerns were always addressed, I was always listened to, and I was always made to feel like I mattered as a person as well as a patient. My husband and I have had our challanges lately, but thanks to Dr. Rupple and her amazing medical team...along with all your amazing receptionists, we are doing well. When I say we love Dr. Rupple, I truly mean it.
