Dr. Rueppel is a knowledgeable and caring provider. The issue at Providence is present for all of us in this area: access to care. I had a significant new medical condition develop while waiting for this July visit. I sent a message to my "care team" requesting earlier appointment and no one even responded to my request in "my chart". The lack of qualified providers is apparent. That is not Dr. Ruepple's fault but it does limit the quality of care.
