We. Daily wasVery attentive , empathetic to my fears and concerns for my upcoming knee replacement surgery and explained everything so I could understand and really seemed interested in my questions, like he really cares and that's BIG for me. And his PA was just as empathetic and knowledgeable and patient with my many questions.
