There has never been a time when I have been to Rebecca's office where something has not gotten screwed up. I've had tests ordered, blood work ordered, medication ordered, and I literally have to walk them through the process! I have needed predeterminations and I have also literally had to hand them the actual codes and the insurance companies telephone numbers, and they still do not get the information correct. I sat in the office with Rebecca the other day and went through all my medications and exactly where they needed to go to get filled, and they were all screwed up! So I wrote them down on a piece of paper and I stood there with the receptionist and she corrected all the mistakes. Meanwhile, as she was correcting the mistakes instead of a 1 mg tablet of a medication, she had put in 21 mg tablet! Every single time for the last at least 7 or 8 years something has gotten screwed up there. Every. Single. Time.!!
