I reached out multiple times via MyChart messaging and phone calling. I was unable to hear from the physician for approximately two weeks. The provider did not address my concerns but instead focused on a previous diagnosis that was dealt with using the appropriate specialists. She then wrote that I did not complete necessary follows ups in my chart which were addressed previously through a phone call to the specialist which she had no knowledge of. She disregarded my concerns but instead focused on the only problem she decided was important.

Rachel is one of the best providers. She is caring, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about all topics. She provides a safe and reliable space to express all medical concerns.

When I arrived for my appointment, the nurse checking me in asked me if I had any concerns to discuss with the PA, and I had a list of 5 items. When the PA came in, she told me to choose the 3 items with which I was most concerned and to save the other 2 for a future visit. I find this to be completely unacceptable. I pay top dollar for health care, and to be asked to dismiss concerns for which I was looking forward to discussing until another time was, in a word, shocking. I'll be changing providers.
