I've been to this urgent care location before and sometimes I'm dismissed, but Rachel listened carefully to all of my symptoms, asked clarifying questions and gave me the treatment I needed to start feeling better soon. I have struggled for years when I come down with upper respiratory problems, and often drs say "it's just a cold" or "it's just allergies", but she was able to explain my symptoms weren't "just" anything, and that I had "bacterial bronchitis exacerbated by asthma" I've never been given a nebulizer even though I struggle to breathe often when I'm sick, and she gave me one. I've used it a couple of times at home since and it's been nothing short of life changing. It's so helpful for me. I'll be talking to my doctor (who is a new pcp for me!) about my symptoms of asthma (which I've had since I had covid) at my next wellness visit.
