She was very nice and sympathetic. I saw her for urgent care, so it was nice to have someone who is not my usual care provider be so caring. She answered all my questions and was open to any more. This was my second urgent care visit to this facility (separate issues) and I've been very satisfied with my care both times now!

I was extremely satisfied with the care I received from the care provider who treated me for my sinus infection. She was compassionate, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She explained my diagnosis and treatment plan clearly and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. Her professionalism and genuine kindness made a stressful situation much easier, and I'm very grateful for the excellent care she provided.
