“I thought that Rachel Penney was...”
I thought that Rachel Penney was very attentive in this visit. The last couple of times I've seen her I wasn't sure if she was really paying attention, to be honest. But this time I thought we had a great discussion and she asked great. Follow up questions and she didn't seem to mind if I asked some questions as well. I left feeling like I was in good hands after all
