Dr Sabzpoushan is friendly, recalls a little bit about me as an individual, is affable, and hits the necessary medical details. He invites questions appropriately. I appreciate him.

Doctor S was kind and welcoming. I did not feel that we had a collaborative relationship, however. I asked for a specific referral and he was glad to provide it. For this I am grateful. But several questions I had were not addressed, even though I tried to raise them. He wanted to tell me just what to do. One awkward point was when Dr. S shared his video screen, which was initially helpful, but then never stopped sharing his screen even though our conversation had moved on. So I had no eye contact and we were talking over each other at times.
