From the very first appointment, she made me feel heard-truly heard-and took the time to understand what I had been struggling with.For months, I suffered from debilitating insomnia that affected every part of my life. Ms. Rachel approached my concerns with patience and compassion, asked thoughtful questions, and carefully considered the best course of action. Thanks to her expertise and the right medication she prescribed, my sleep finally returned, and with it, my quality of life.
