Maritess was very helpful and concerned about my issue. I came in with extreme pain of sciatica. She did her best to get me the proper care ordered physical therapy medication and even an MRI that I wanted. We followed up with several more emails through MyChart About how I was doing and how the medication was working and when I told her it was not working, she ordered a different type. I even got a referral to see pain management. She was very thorough. I really appreciate that kind of care.
