“Amazing cosmetic dentist”

Dr. Vora is by far and away the best dentist that I have ever had!  Rather than dreading the dentist, I don't mind going at all.  She is very friendly, and truly a high-class professional in her field.  

Not only is she excellent when it comes to routine dental check-ups, she is an amazing cosmetic dentist as well.  After a couple of routine visits, I told her that I was always interested in veneers, but did not know much about them other than being expensive.  After an exam, she thought I'd be a perfect candidate for veneers and suggested we try getting it approved by my insurance provider - and turns out it was!  I couldn't believe it, and after just two painless 2-hour sessions, I had a beautiful new smile!  I owe Dr. Vora quite a lot of gratitude for giving me a beautiful, perfect smile!

Great service overall! The hygienist was very kind and gentle and Dr. Vora is very personable. They made my visit easy and painless! Dr. Vora is very thorough in their work, but gentle. She is willing to answer all questions (and I would know since I ask a million) and do so with a mountain of patience. But their service goes beyond just the sheer work they do. The team there is courteous, happy to explain the pricing, and very willing to work with your scheduling and preference needs.
I have been a patient since the beginning (almost 2 years now, I believe) and will continue to be and to recommend this dental office to everyone I meet for so long as they stay so amazingly awesome.

“Good patient care”

Dr. Vora has been our family dentist in Arlington, MA. She has always taken excellent care of us when we are in the office. Her hygienists are gentle and knowledgeable. Just yesterday, my son had 4 wisdom teeth out and he is in very little pain (which is to be expected) but not to the degree that I have heard other people who have had their wisdom teeth out, have had. I attribute this to her technical abilities.

“Recommended family dentist”

I was referred to Dr. Vora from a co-worker who did have a fear of dentists so I decided to give her a try.

This was actually my second visit and I figured I should probably give her a review since I really like her office. However, on my first visit when I was filling out the paperwork, I realized I lost my insurance card but since I had 2 co-workers already using her services they took the time to look-up my information for me. They do email and text reminders which is great for folks like me who constantly forget stuff. In fact, this was a reschedule because when they called to confirm my last appointment, I had the wrong date listed on my calendar. They were easy going about setting up this new appointment rather than giving a disapproving tone because of my mess-up.
As far as the 2nd visit went, I was seen within a minute or 2 of arriving. The hygienist was friendly and asking about any dental concerns including one I brought up at the last visit, which shows me she actually reviewed my file before seeing me. I also inquired about a new night guard and by the end of my cleaning they already had my insurance info on it and my total out of pocket cost should I choose to get one. By the way, the hygienist works fast but never once did she nick my gums.

Everyone is warm, friendly and caring. Every step of the way they take the time to make sure you're comfortable and explain what they will be doing so you understand the process. Overall my experience shows me they value my time as much as theirs, they care about their patients as people, not just another file and I've never felt that they are trying to sell you something you don't need.

“Very personable dentist”

My best dentist appointment yet! Dr. Vora was super sweet, nice, and efficient. She took the time to get to know me, was very personable, and really made me feel comfortable. Her staff was warm and helpful and while the dentist is not my favorite place, Dr. Vora made it a great experience. She did a great job inspecting my teeth and gave me useful feedback. Dr. Vora is very upfront with you but not at all abrasive and you really feel like you are getting all the information you need, I'm actually excited for my next checkup!

“Honest dentist and great experience”

From the moment I walked into the moment I walked out, everyone I came across was both friendly and helpful. I went in to establish care with Dr. Vora and loved it. I went through my initial cleaning with Michelle who did a great job. She was nice, thorough and gentle. Dr. Vora got me right after we were done and did a full exam (thankfully nothing to report yet. I'll be working on that daily flossing so that we can keep it that way). She was amazing! Very professional, always smiling and even made a couple jokes throughout the day.
We discussed teeth whitening for my wedding and I decided to give it a shot. I didn't know what to expect but the doctor took me through it step by step. The process was relatively easy and pain free. The dental assistant did a great job of shielding my gums from the whitening solution and made sure to explain everything she was doing during the process. She was great and even put up with all my questions. I had some minimal intermittent shooting pains from some of my teeth later during the day but that went away overnight (it's common after whitening).
Overall, it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. On my way out I set up my next appointment and plan to be back in 6-month cleaning. As a plus, their office is decked out with TVs at pretty much every station along the way to distract you while you get whatever you need done.
