She asked questions about various aspects of my medical history and made a real effort to have a good overall understanding of my Medical history, which is sort of complicated. Dr. Rachel Massoud has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. This was my first appointment with her as my preferred provider and she made me feel very comfortable. The facility is quite large and I was a bit unsure of where to go and how to check in. I'm certain that future appointments will go much more smoothly.
