“Provided me with her assessment ...”

Provided me with her assessment of my tests. We didn't discuss my problems, but she told me that my cardiovascular system looked good and that there wasn't any need for further visits unless that I wanted to consult her about any new concerns that might need to be investigated in the future. She told me that I would be welcome to contact her.
