Dr Cooney has been my care provider fir several years and I trust her and the little advice she gave, which was you are in better shape because if the limited use of pads I use on a daily basis. No suggestions to what I should be doing just it comes wirh aging. I'm scheduled to start Pelvic Therapy and will continue as needed to keep myself strong. Not giving up because of age!
