Dr Matsen is an amazing, caring physician. I made my own appointment on line and it was the not long enough for the purpose of the visit. The staff had to call and reschedule me the day of the appointment, so It took longer after my fist appointment to get in, but it was my ignorance in the first place that caused the delay. From now on I will always call to schedule.
