“I find the support staff, PAs an...”

I find the support staff, PAs and doctors at Gateway Medical to be very professional, caring, and really strive to do the best they can in their busy office. I was seeing another doctor there but stayed with the clinic because of the above. Dr. Matsen listens well, takes her time with me, and I have been pleased that they are advising me on my health and wellness.

“Doctor Matsen was condescending,...”

Doctor Matsen was condescending, did not look over my medical records appropriately prior to our visit, did not seem to care to hear or address my concerns and at one point asked me to tell her how she should do her job. Leaving me with zero faith in putting my health in her care.
