Actually, I don't remember ever having any bad experiences with Dr. Elizabeth O'Neill in the beginning, I was not comfortable with her. But that was 20 years ago I did have a bad experience with another doctor today or 2 before I had my virtual visit with My primary Dr. Elizabeth, but everything it seems to be going pretty good as long as I stay on track with my health and continue to see my Dr. Elizabeth O'Neill.

“I'm very satisfied with the care...”

I'm very satisfied with the care provided, but I had to wait months for an appointment. I realize that most people are having to wait a long time to get into see a doctor these days. I feel like the appointment was a little short and I forgot some of the issues I needed to talk about. The doctor was very thorough, respectful and professional. I'm very grateful to have this doctor as my primary care provider. The nurses were also very professional and respectful. The thing that I didn't like was finding out that I have to go to another lab for the bloodwork I need done. I'm disabled on a limited income, and I can no longer afford extra trips to medical appointments. I wish I could have gotten all the test done at that appointment. I haven't been able to get the bloodwork done yet because I'm still trying to find a ride or transportation to get it done. Other than that, I'm very happy with the care overall. Thank you!
