Very professional yet friendly. Dr Makar was thorough (this was a first visit) and I appreciated his approach to collecting relevant medical information and explaining next steps as needed. As a member of the Duly medical group, my history and previous treatments were available to him didn't have to start from 0.The nurses and office personnel are friendly and professional.
