Outstanding in every area. The folks at the check-in desk have always been courteous and very professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Charles for many years and there isn't a better doctor around. He is always upbeat, kind, and professional. I consider him a friend and my wife and daughter feel the same way. Doc is a role model for how doctors and staff should treat their patients.

Very poor MD. Incompetent physician. Showed no concern. I came for initial visit, and he just blew me off and said to come back in a few months for re eval. At second appt he rushed me and was rude appearance/mannerism. I would never recommend his as a skin MD to others.
