“I've been seeing Dr. Koh at this...”

I've been seeing Dr. Koh at this clinic for many years. There have been a couple of times, including this one, where something was wrong and he immediately provided a thorough examination of my eye, explained what was going on, and spoke about follow up required. He talked about how vision really needs to be taken seriously, and acted promptly upon. .
