“Excellent Experience”

I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Shepard. He and his staff are super nice and so willing to help. Chris, his receptionist got me right in for an appointment. He kept me comfortable through the entire procedure of my root canal and it was a great experience. (I hate going to the dentist). He took those fears away. I have nothing negative to say.

“Great Experience!”

I was very nervous to have a root canal done and worried it would be a painful experience. Dr. Shepherd made it a fantastic experience. He is calm, patient, and kind. He took his time and answered all my questions. He made sure I was completely numb before starting. The office staff and environment is amazing. Clean, bright, cheerful. I was allowed to watch whatever I wanted on tv during the visit and given chapstick to keep me comfortable. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Shepherd to everyone!

“Very quick responding to my needs.”

Dr Shepherds staff was so wonderful to deal with. They worked me in as an emergency and with in two days had me completely taken care of. The team there was very friendly and Dr. Shepherd did a great job walking me through the procedure to insure i knew what was going to be done. The office was also very clean and professional. I would without question use this office again.

“FANTASTIC !”

Had an emergency and needed a root canal performed, Dr Shepherd was very attentive to my needs, took the time to explain everything that was needing to be done in a way that I could understand it, and was able to get me in right away. I will recommend him to friends and family!

“FLAWLESS!”

This is, by far, THE MOST professional experience I have EVER encountered with ANY dentist, and ... I've seen quite a few.

Dr. Sheperd and his staff are an amazing group. I wish them continued success.

I have always been TERRIFIED of dentists and for the first time in my life, I was completely at ease from my initial phone consult the the office visit and the final procedure.

Thank you, everyone! I truly appreciate all you've done!
