“Awesome visit. Best root canal ever.”

Great visit. Dr. Shepherd took time to ensure that i got the best treatment. Since i had more than one tooth that needed a root canal he didn't just pick one he found the one that was causing me the most pain. Also, he explained the entire root canal process.

“FLAWLESS!”

This is, by far, THE MOST professional experience I have EVER encountered with ANY dentist, and ... I've seen quite a few.

Dr. Sheperd and his staff are an amazing group. I wish them continued success.

I have always been TERRIFIED of dentists and for the first time in my life, I was completely at ease from my initial phone consult the the office visit and the final procedure.

“Great Experience!!”

I was referred to Dr. Haycock by my dentist when he was unable to diagnose the source of my pain. I was very impressed by the "high tech" equipment in the office (which has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere). After a few tests and x-rays, Dr. H. was able to determine the problem. He is very knowledgeable, and he and his staff are friendly and communicative as well. I'm so happy my dentist referred me here.

“Painless and so calming that you wouldn't even know you had a root canal!”

I cannot begin to express how comforting this experience has been. Dr. Shepherd's tone of voice is so calming and reassuring! He is gentle while working in your mouth and truly never did I feel one second of pain other than when identifying which tooth was the culprit. And there is just no way of getting around that. His office workers, office manager and assistants were are very professional and had comforting smiles on their faces at all times. Their sincerity was obvious and you could tell that this office had nothing but good management.
It is a great feeling to NOT dread going for a root canal.

“Comfortable during surgery.”

Gas definitely assisted with keeping me relaxed. I was also given the option of what type of music I wanted to listen to which greatly assisted me with being comfortable during the surgery. Dr. Shepard and his assistant are very customer oriented and they clearly understand the importance of customer service.

“Very quick responding to my needs.”

Dr Shepherds staff was so wonderful to deal with. They worked me in as an emergency and with in two days had me completely taken care of. The team there was very friendly and Dr. Shepherd did a great job walking me through the procedure to insure i knew what was going to be done. The office was also very clean and professional. I would without question use this office again.
