“I have consistently felt welcome...”

I have consistently felt welcomed and well taken care of by Dr.Paul Garcia. He is always informed of and prepared to discuss my current issues, is thorough in my exams, explains in terms that are understandable, shows genuine concern for my comfort and well being and is so personable and easy to converse with. (I think he is so well deserving of a Sunshine Award Nomination but scanning the QR code returned an invalid message)
