“First visit to Dr. Bui's office ...”

First visit to Dr. Bui's office to establish new PCP relationship. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Bui was on time, professional, courteous and friendly. Did not let the EMR interfere with his effective and empathetic communication style. He was thorough in his history taking and evaluation, helped prioritize my ongoing health care needs, and provided valuable advice and educational materials. I feel that this physician-- patient relationship is off to a great start.
