“I'm not a fan of virtual visits ...”

I'm not a fan of virtual visits as they seemVery impersonal and I always feel as if I'm not heard or understood. However, this virtual visit was the absolute opposite of- he didn't just listen to me with my concerns but he heard me- he showed empathy and care.

My wife and I have switched over to Dr. Figel Because our primary care provider retired. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Dr. Figel Listens and explains everything perfectly and makes every effort to Thoroughly evaluate before providing the best Approach for treatment.
