Dr. O'Brien was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and congenial. Overall, a very positive experience. I look forward to working with Providence Health & Services again in the future.

Dr Patrick O'Brien is very understanding and actually checks you over. My husband is 84 And we appreciated that he didn't say "you're good for your age".

“I felt as if he was afraid to do...”

I felt as if he was afraid to do the procedure he was recommending, so it made me nervous to agree to it, though I need it. That being said, because he is part of the Heart Institute, I trust him to do a good job. I've waited 6 months for this procedure. During that time I've already recommended him to a friend. His staff is friendly and professional but they never called me back when I had a question about my care. I think given to current volume of patients seen they're doing their best.
