Once I got into the exam room the 1st nurse taking vitals was friendly & efficient. I only had about a 2 - 3 minute wait for Stephanie. She took a good amount of time & answered all my questions & concerns. She sent a blood draw request for me to get when I am able. She makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk with.
