I actually had to cancel my appointment after waiting in the clinic waiting room for over 30 minutes. My doctor contacted me later on apologizing and got what we needed done over the phone. But poor communication with delays from the front desk, they had no idea what was happening. It was nice that I was able to cancel without being charged, but that kind of wait should not have happened.
