“Dr Ortiz is great, been visiting...”
Dr Ortiz is great, been visiting her office for a couple of years now. I don't see any issues with her care. I do have issues about how FMLA paperwork is being processed and how long it takes to process the application since BSW switched over from me giving the physical paperwork to Dr Ortiz, to having to submit the paperwork online. This is the second time I've had to do the new process, and it isn't working for me.
