My medical situation is not dire, but is very complicated. My provider has been very flexible and informative, advising me of good options for my various issues and listening to my lay questions about diagnosis and treatment options. I have great respect for them and enjoy my visits.

“Good listening and had my chart ...”

Good listening and had my chart open and showed it to me, so that felt collaborative. I appreciated her very straight forward and clear in her communication, even though there was an initial difficulty understanding her accent I was able to get used to It. My concern is that this provider, as are so many MD's are overworked. This was the first time I saw this provider as my previous provider retired. She mentioned that she has over 2,000 patients to manage now, which seems like a lot.
