Caroline Schmitz is one if the best providers on my care team and she delivers excellent thorough care and recognizes the need to treat acute illnesses and issues that arise. She is a good listener and trusted my knowledge of an ongoing vulnerability I have to bacterial pneumonia and treated it immediately based on the acute symptoms I was experiencing, Which prevented It from settling deeper Into my lungs. Caroline Is very Intelligent and has established an excellent rapport with me. I feel confident under her care.

Caroline is extremely approachable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. She is clear and direct in her communication and speaks to me in a respectful, considerate manner. If she does not have an answer she is truthful about that and explains that she will research the topic and gets back to me. I trust her medical advice.
