Nina is a gem among providers in our area. The level of concern and empathy she has shown me during this time is incredible. She took her time and listened to me and helped come up with an appropriate treatment plan. She prayed powerful prayers with me and that is something you don't hear of. “My yearly CT of my lungs showed ...”

My yearly CT of my lungs showed some calcification surrounding my heart and Nina contacted me the next day to make sure I scheduled a CT of my heart so that she could access the risk. I appreciated her quick action and when we met for the follow up visit she was able to assure me the problem was minor.

Nina, is always very cordial, and unless she is off I have followup on messaging in less than 24 hours from her. I have had follow up from other staff when she is off.

“The worst part of the experience...”

The worst part of the experience was dealing with AI "receptionists" when attempting to make an appointment and waiting on line to speak with someone...a real person. I am not a valued person...just a person waiting for service.
