“Dr. Reddy took her time in fully...”

Dr. Reddy took her time in fully understanding my complete medical history and asked questions to make sure she fully understood, instead of just assuming and didn't rush through the appointment. I greatly appreciate how approachable she was, making me feel like she wasn't talking down at me but instead she spoke like she was talking with me. She was very proactive in making sure referrals were in place in case, I needed them. And was transparent with her role in my health care for the future.

I felt that she was rushing me. He didn't let me talk about all my concerns. I feel like he didn't take enough time. Only 5 minutes my appointment lasted.
