Dr. Klein is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and shows genuine empathy and concerned towards his patients. He had clearly prepared for my visit as he knew my medical history, meaning we focused entirely on my current concerns instead of repeating old paperwork. Noting my curiosity, he took the time to provide additional explanations in layman's terms of medical concepts to break down complicated jargon and ensure I was treated my treatment plan was mutually understood and agreed, while genuinely respecting my time. All doctors should follow this protocol.
