He listens! Bottom line. He explains why things can or cannot be done. I appreciate him recognizing that this is a scary, unprepared journey to me. He keeps me informed (except those awful photo shoots, lol!)and that helps me stay strong.

He was professional, knowledgeable and displayed excellent communication skills. I did think it was excessive to change out of my street clothes three times (for the exam; to be measured; then for photos)
