Did not listen to concerns of patient. Did not listen or take into consideration patient history or symptoms. Narcissistic and kept repeating "this is my specialty" when I was trying to explain to her how I was feeling and that I know my body and what it's feeling right now. Did not answer any questions that were asked and dismissed any concerns me and my husband had. Did not communicate or create a plan for future care. Did not acknowledge that I have been dealing with this continuous condition for an extended period of time. I left the office in tears and immediately requested another provider.
