“I spent the entirety of my visit...”
I spent the entirety of my visit advocating for myself in a way I never should have. After expressing worsening symptoms, the doctor told me there was nothing she could do except run bloodwork. She couldn't refer me anywhere. I was told that if I wanted her to refer me somewhere I needed different insurance, and she couldn't help me because "she wouldn't get paid". Provider asked me multiple times why I waited so long, even though I told her multiple times that symptoms only started worsening over the past few months
